Joan is our enthusiastic and personable Office Manager, and she joined the team in December of 2015. Joan graduated from the University of North Carolina and is a true Carolina fan for life. Joan and her family have lived in the Richmond area for over 30 years, and she has 20+ years as an office administrator. Joan is an important member of our team, and she is able to assist with many of your requests over the phone.
Joan is active within the Chester church and has been a vocalist in a number of praise bands. She has six children and four grandchildren, who she loves to spend time with when she is not kayaking, gardening, running, performing, or spending time with her husband. She and Joe have been married for 38 years.
