Linné Diiorio, CMP
Marketing, Vice President
Linné is a marketing and event planning professional and joined the Vaught, Spangler & Associates team in early 2026. She grew up in Newport News, Virginia with her parents, sister Nikki, and cousin Zach. She attended James Madison University where she majored in Multimedia within the School of Media Arts & Design. Once engaged to be married, Linné moved to Richmond, Virginia and built a seventeen-year career in sales, marketing, and hospitality at the Greater Richmond Convention Center and with HCA Virginia. She launched her own communications consultancy in 2021, offering marketing and event strategy to small business owners, startups, and boutique marketing agencies.
Linné aims to ensure our clients have the best experience whether in the office, attending a workshop, navigating our website, or celebrating life’s milestones in creative ways. She’s an extrovert who loves public speaking and emceeing in front of a crowd.
Linné lives in Chesterfield with her husband of 22 years, and their two children. Linné is an avid volunteer and has led her daughter’s Girl Scout troop for the past ten years. She also serves on the Executive Board of The Hawthorne Cancer Foundation. As a two-time breast cancer survivor, she enjoys lending her time to the Pink Chair Project RVA.
When she’s not planning or creating, you can find her cheering on her kids at a local soccer field or track. She also enjoys crafting, nature walks, and wearing purple & gold for her JMU Dukes. She’s at peace whenever she’s near water.
